The focus is on support in building up management systems, preparation for certification, energy advice, the implementation of key figure systems, support in leadership management issues as well as training and instruction for employees and managers.

  • Foundation of the company in 2002, the main task was the management documentation and the establishment of quality management systems
  • 2002 Creation and distribution of the CD-ROM QM-FoDaS with currently more than 7 editions until 2011
  • 2007 Takeover of training courses and seminars at BA Mosbach
  • 2008 Takeover of training courses at the IHK Center for Continuing Education in Heilbronn
  • 2009 Inclusion of CNC programming training in the product portfolio with implementation of CNC courses for Siemens Sinumerik and Fanuc controls
  • 2011 Start of business consultancy for the development and preparation for certification of quality and environmental management systems
  • 2012 Start of business consulting for the establishment and preparation for certification of energy management systems
  • 2013 Cooperation with a team partnership with a new management consultant to expand the product portfolio towards manufacturing, lean management and trouble shooting in the task force team
  • 2016 Expansion of the training area to a technical academy with an extensive new training program and new open seminars
  • 2017 Conversion of all consulting and training programs to the new standards and revisions (ISO 9001: 2015, IATF 16949: 2016, ISO 14001: 2015, etc.)
  • 2018 Expansion of the range of services with advice on customer-specific requirements and quality assurance agreements. Here we now offer the analysis, explanation, administration and monitoring of customer-specific requirements or quality assurance agreements for the large industrial sectors of the automotive, aerospace, rail and medical technology
  • 2020 (planned) the expansion of the online shop for forms and IT templates for complete quality, energy, environmental and occupational safety management, the resurgence of “QM-FoDaS” (forms and database collection) with new templates and adapted data to the new standards.
